Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Spartlic mobile application and website (together, the “Service”). The Service is a marketplace in the United Arab Emirates that connects people with providers of car parts and automotive services, and is operated by Coders Technologies(“Spartlic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

You create an account using your mobile phone number and a one-time verification code. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to your phone number and account secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. The marketplace — our role

Spartlic is a platform that helps you discover shops, parts, offers, and services and connect with the businesses that provide them. Spartlic is not a party to any transaction, quote, sale, or service arranged between you and a business. We do not supply parts or perform services, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, pricing, or availability of any listing. Any agreement you enter into with a business is solely between you and that business.

4. Listings and user content

If you list a business or post content (including shop details, offers, products, images, and contact information), you represent that you have the right to do so and that the content is accurate and lawful. You must not post content that is false, misleading, infringing, offensive, or unlawful. You retain ownership of your content and grant Spartlic a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute it within the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace. We may review, moderate, or remove content, and approve or reject listings, at our discretion.

5. Business subscriptions and billing

• Businesses may purchase optional paid plans (such as featured placement of a shop, offers, or products). Plan features and prices are shown at the point of purchase.
• Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in advance each period through our third-party payment provider until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable and the plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Promotional discounts are subject to their stated conditions and may be limited to first-time or eligible customers.
• We may change plan features or prices; changes apply to future billing periods and we will give notice where required.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Post false listings, impersonate others, or misrepresent your business or products.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse other users’ data, or send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of Spartlic or any third party.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Coders Technologies and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that listings, businesses, parts, or services meet your expectations. You deal with businesses at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spartlic and Coders Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your dealings with any business, from any parts or services obtained through the Service, or from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spartlic and Coders Technologies from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or remove your content or listings, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably consider it necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
